Digital Education Services respects the right of our customers to privacy.
Companies are responsible under the Privacy Act 1988 to make sure any personal customer information is collected, held and used under strict guidelines.

Information Collected

Digital Education Services collects details of each customer and designated contact details of approved decision makers to accurately process each order.  The customer delivery address, phone number and email address is held in each online account which connects to the Digital Education Services enterprise resource program to manage customer service.
No personal information is collected from visitors to the Digital Education Services website.

Use of Information Collected

The primary aim of each piece of information collected is to enhance service delivery and turnaround times for every stand alone title, shelf-ready service and digital online resource.
The secondary use of the information is to inform our status reports for each account.

Access

The information collected can be updated by each customer via access to their online account.
Access to customer information is restricted to Digital Education Services team members to source and allocate the line items on each order.
Unsubscribe options are available on any communication received from Digital Education Services.

Australian Privacy Principles

Customers may highlight any breach of the Australian Privacy Principles to their designated Account Manager.  Any breach will be actioned by the General Manager, Digital Education Services within twenty-four hours.
