HITLER'S SS: PORTRAIT IN EVIL: The story of two brothers pitted against each other, set against the ominous backdrop of the Third Reich during WWII. Helmut (Bill Nighy) is a brilliant but opportunistic student whereas Karl (John Shea) is an idealistic athlete. Both of them mature at the dawn of Hitler's rise to power in 1930's Berlin and fall for the same woman, nightclub singer Mitzi Templer (Lucy Gutteridge). MERRY CHRISTMAS MR LAWRENCE: Java 1942, in a Japanese POW camp a war of wills unfolds between camp commandant Yonoi (Ryuichi Sakomoto) and rebellious prisoner Major Jack Cellier (David Bowie), while bilingual prisoner Col. John Lawrence (Tom Conti) engages in a more adversarial relationship with sadistic sergeant Gengo Hara (Takeshi Kitano), who offers Lawrence a sinister 'Christmas' present. ONE OF OUR AIRCRAFT IS MISSING: The story of six British airmen and their incredible feat of survival. Parachuting from their crippled plane into a remote forest, the British soldiers are soon discovered by a group of children who lead them to a farm. Faced with a perilous journey across the Channel, their very fate rests on an unexpected turn of events. WHEELS OF TERROR (The Misfit Brigade): A bold WWII tale following the exploits of a cynical tank crew made up of convicts and prisoners. The 27th Panzers are a ragtag group of miscreants in need of discipline and direction. They are sent to the Russian Front by Nazi Col. Von Weisshagen (David Carradine) on a do-or-die mission to destroy a train behind enemy lines. If they succeed they will become free men, failure is not an option.
