12 angry men film review - that would

It was really interesting to see the bias that was present from several characters who initially voted guilty which was primarily in result of their occupations and past experiences. They failed to accept the other notions that hinted towards their opposing views while the other side was very open to consideration of all aspects. That was one of the things that stuck out most across their tendencies but they also frequently argued over minuscule issues that steered them away from reaching a verdict. It was really intriguing to hear him bring up new sides of the story which ultimately helped to sway a large portion of formerly guilty verdicts such as the glasses indentation and the noise blaring from the train as the crime occurred. There was also tremendous realism across the film specifically from all of the characters involved.

The fascinating part of this event is these women were never caught and have never come forward, however, the film unfolds the reasoning behind why they took this violent action to begin with. The film describes the tension that was brewing in New Zealand in the mid 80's, specifically in Auckland and the nearby university. There was a sharp increase in sexual assaults and rapes to the point where police were telling women to stay indoors. The men who were caught were rarely prosecuted as those in charge, mostly men, centered the blame on the women for the men's actions. This created an intense debate about gender politics with feminist and LGBTQ groups leading the charge.

Director and filmmaker Megan Jones reopens the case and tries to find out not only who the six women were, but what drove them to take such unprecedented action.

Scatological Humor In The Movie Jackass

This was a very interesting documentary that did a great job presenting a balanced perspective of vigilante reiew.
