If you want to kill somebody, sometimes you can get them by running over them with a car, but they'd have to be in the middle of a road or a parking lot, or at least on a sidewalk, and you would have to make it so they cannot see or hear you driving quickly towards them because otherwise they can run out of the way, and so on and so forth. If they're in a building then it becomes next to impossible to kill them by running over them with a car.
