The Certified Nursing Assistant is providing one on one patient care vna an affiliateed hospital, patient's home, or foot care cna nursing facility in Montgomery County, DC or surrounding areas. These activities are performed in accordance with a written assignment and under the RN supervision. Takes and records oral, rectal, and auxiliary temperature, pulse, and respiration as ordered.
Provides personal care, including bath, shower, shampoo, shave hair grooming, massage, foot and perineal care. Assists in preparing normal diets and feeding patient when appropriate. Changes patient's linens and launders clothes as order. Assists patients with bedpans, urinals catheter bags, and ostomy bags. Transfers patient from bed to chair, chair to bed, foot care cna. Performs other duties as assigned by the Field Staff Supervisor.
