Mathew Mahindaratne Be also aware activity coefficients go wild for concentrated solutions and they can also affect the electrode functionality. Saying that, pH scale IS defined for negative values as well. I am aware that negative pH exists theoretically.
But can a glass pH electrode be even used to do that?]
