Rawls explained the two principles of justice which determine both civil liberties and economic goods. The first principle states that every individual is allowed to have an equal right to the most extensive scheme of equal basic liberties and compatible with a similar scheme of liberties for others. Therefore when there are economic inequalities must be to an advantage to everyone.
