In philosophy , ideas are usually taken as mental representational images of some object. In common usage and also in philosophy , ideas can also be abstract concepts that do not present as mental images. The capacity to create and understand the meaning of ideas is considered to be an essential and defining feature of human beings. In a popular sense, an idea arises in a reflexive, spontaneous manner, even without thinking or serious reflection , for example, when we talk about the idea of a person or a place. A new or an original idea can often lead to innovation. One view on the nature of ideas is that there exist some ideas called innate ideas which can be general and abstract that they could not have arisen as a representation of an object of our perception but rather were in some sense always present.Essay Examples.

If you had to define the word miracle how would you define it, do you even believe miracles to be true? I know that myself surely believes in them.
lcke This whole world is too amazing not to believe. Locke not only gives his personal definitions but, he backs them up with locke and hume and facts. My personal concept of miracles have always been an event no one sees coming, that benefits and helps the overall good of all people, something that almost is too good to be true and can not be explained.

Signs that Locke calls- miracles. He defines miracles as an event which seems to the spectator to be outside the usual course of nature, beyond what he takes to be a natural physical law Tiel, Locke talks about attestation miracles, a miracle offered to vouch for a prophetic claim and a sign designed to vouch locke and hume someone that he, God, really is delivering a message Tiel, Locke backs up his thoughts and beliefs with cold hard facts and examples. My favorite example that was used was the story from the Hebrew Bible about Gideon.
Gideon was an Israelite, who was called out by God to raise an army and throw off an oppressor.
When he woke up to find this exactly done Gideon was impressed and knew it was simply the work of God, or as some would call a abd Tiel, There is too much goodness that God surprises us with and for us not to accept locke and hume and call it his work and an out-right miracle would just simply not be right. Everyday things happen that change situations for the better.
If you were to ask me, I would say it absolutely is considered a miracle. I believe God works in many ways, throughout our everyday here on earth. Hume defines a miracle as a violation of a natural law.]
