The Dims have only one drum: racism. Discrimination is dependent on skin eacists. Supposedly persons with lots of melanin are too stupid to find out how to vote.

They are thus discriminated against. Persons with only a small amount of melanin are smart, and can always vote. But dumb folks have to be given their ballots individually, already filled out, because they are too dumb to read and write. Discrimination, pure and simple. And one need know nothing to vote; no informed consent is required; the dumbest voters are the most reliable when wuthout comes to the D lever. Smart folks won't let them do that.
