No, of course not. There is no intention of reparations for people that were never affected from something that ended over years ago.
No specific group affirmative action cons people by race, that had been enslaved in the past have received such reparations a century after the event. These advantages like affirmative action and other race based privileges started several decades ago as the faulty idea that blacks as a group needed to be fast-tracked into positions of employment for "representation" into places where they were not visible. The idea was conceptually faulty, but maybe understandable for a short period at it's inception.

But NOW, we are several decades into full equality, where generations have been raised throughout their entire lives, from childhood into adulthood, equally, with all the ideals of equality instilled into them. We have not had affirmative action cons sponsored affimative systemic discrimination against blacks for decades, while affirmative action continues to legally discriminate against Whites.
In essence, affirmative action cons continuing to push for these advantages for blacks only, what activists are saying is that blacks are inherently NOT equal, and therefore need advantages built in ALL THE TIME in order for blacks to be able to meet Whites at their level. It is saying that equal opportunity is not enough for blacks to perform equally with Whites. I don't necessarily agree with this, and neither would fully capable black professionals who may not be afifrmative their due respect because all blacks become suspected of receiving click privileges whether they accept affirmative action cons or not.
Reparations were never made to all of those who lost "property" which they had legally purchased before the Emancipation Proclamation. Answer Save.
