Meow Woolf's Omega Mart is an immersive Las Vegas exhibit that delivers a maximalist, overwhelming sensory experience and a complex interactive story that visitors create themselves via RFID tags and readers. Apr 18, Since the Omega Mart exhibit opened in February of this year, it has been plunging visitors into a complex story of American supermarkets, corporate environments and food production, as well as the battle between good and evil, all while music and art challenge all five senses. About a month ago, I decided to try something to answer this question once and for all. A video will tell the whole story. I started the video. And after much cursing, several awkward angles, and the worst lighting setup ever, I fell prey to frustration and gave it up.
