I take 15mg at 9pm and in bed at 11pm and up at 6am. Yesterday I started to feel not well it's like I've crashed and need to up my dose but that isn't going to happen.
Posted June 10, I tend to get tired very quickly after taking it but I don't feel very groggy in the morning. I've gone from 45mg to 15mg. I have just started on mirtazapine 15mg 4 days ago remerkn is my first time on anti depressants and I have become a complete zombie!
