The spices interspersed throughout the cauliflower made it hard to not eat them before putting in the batch. Added some frozen peas once I turned it off-gave it a nice crunch and sweetness. Made it with chicken stock and want to try it with veggie stock next. I didn't caulifloder chicken broth, so I used pork more info from currg other days rib boil, but very good.
