Honestly, I was a little concerned, but boy o boy was it a pleasant surprise! Are pains worse during Sheri!! This recipe is SUCH a gem, and you are an amazing chef! I had to use a blender for the Tofu blend. I just put it in the oven whole and bake it at degrees for minutes. If the recook works I will let you know! Very nice recipe.
